Welcome to RaiseUp! This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the RaiseUp platform, including all applications, content, and features provided by RaiseUp, LLC ("RaiseUp," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RaiseUp platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Overview of Services
RaiseUp provides a platform for property co-ownership and rental management. Users can buy and sell shares in properties, earn rental income from co-owned properties, and access vacation booking services.
3. User Responsibilities
Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
Compliance: You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement and applicable laws.
Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities on your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Prohibition on Social Media Disclosure
Users are prohibited from sharing or publishing confidential or proprietary information related to RaiseUp, its services, or its users on social media platforms without prior written permission. Violations may result in penalties, including account suspension or termination.
5. Risks of Co-Ownership
Co-ownership of real estate carries financial risks. RaiseUp does not guarantee returns or the performance of properties. You acknowledge sole responsibility for your decisions and are encouraged to consult an independent financial advisor.
6. Fees and Payments
Certain services, such as transaction processing or property management, may incur fees. These fees will be clearly communicated before any cost-incurring activity.
7. Termination
RaiseUp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a breach of this Agreement, harmful activities, or legal violations.
8. Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability
RaiseUp shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses or damages resulting from the use of our platform, except as required by law.
10. Changes to the Agreement
RaiseUp may modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website and email. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the state of Wyoming.
12. Withdrawal Process and Compliance
Integration Requirement: Withdrawals require completion of an onboarding process managed by Stripe, our payment processor.
KYC and AML Procedures: Stripe will implement "Know Your Customer" (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures to ensure legal compliance.
User Cooperation: Users must provide accurate information during onboarding. Failure to comply may result in delays or withdrawal rejections.
Data Protection: All information collected during onboarding is processed per our privacy policy and Stripe's privacy standards.
