Electricity costs are included in the rental price within the limit of 2,000 FCFA per day.
The apartment uses a prepaid meter, which is recharged depending on the length of your stay.

👉Example:
For a 10-day stay:
➡️ 10 days × 2,000 FCFA = 20,000 FCFA electricity credit offered at the start of the stay by the host.

Any additional consumption will be billed to the customer.

🧹 2. Housekeeping (optional)
Housekeeping service is available during your stay, depending on your preferences.
You can choose to clean once or twice a week.

👉 Prices:
5,000 FCFA per visit
7,000 FCFA for a complete weekly cleaning

This service is flexible and can be arranged upon arrival.
